Analyst ERP 4 is a member of the Corporate IT Team focused on the
internal systems and software the Company uses in the day-to-day
operations. This position is also responsible for providing
technical and business support in the assigned focus area.What your
day will look like:Interprets and delivers reports and
analysisIdentify data that needs tracking to improve business
performanceParticipates in functional and business requirements
gathering sessions. Experience collaborating and developing
relationships with end-users. Provides systems and technical
guidance to develop new opportunities with clients and assists with
the development of the Business CaseCollaborates with design,
development, and solution management. Interfaces with SAP and
non-SAP technical teams for technical specifications and
development of customized objectsDesigns, develops, and conducts
test plans for functional unit tests, regression tests and system
integration testsConducts research to develop and demonstrates
application Best Practices. Works directly with end-users and the
Business Leadership Team to ensure they are taking advantage of all
the features and functions available through the business
applicationsProvides support the business application assigned
areas Master Data and applications, including integration points
with other business application modules. Identify and resolve root
causes to re-occurring production support issues. Document root
cause analysis and issue resolution; update job aids and desk top
procedures when appropriateProvides feedback and recommendations to
leadership on strategic business opportunities and technology
advancements as they arisePerforms appropriate duties as assigned
by managementWhat you need to succeed:Minimum of 18 years oldValid
driver s license required and obligation to maintain compliance
with UNITED fleet policyPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) as
required by position and compliance with UNITED safety
policiesRegular and prompt attendance is an essential function of
the jobAbility to read, write and speak EnglishAbility to maintain
