Sr Accountant - Remote

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant for a remote position nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of various financial activities
Assisting with tax entries and financial audits
Documentation of internal controls processes and procedures

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of accounting theory
Intermediate knowledge of US GAAP
Experience with Microsoft Excel and JD Edwards
Proactive and independent work style
CPA certification is a plus
