Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, TA Workforce Strategy,
Analytics, & Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure
the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives
Develop regular reports and dashboards to track progress, identify
areas of opportunity, and communicate findings to stakeholders
Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to analyze talent
acquisition metrics, trends, and performance indicators
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of workforce planning, data analytics and budget
experience, preferably within Talent Acquisition
Strong analytical skills using Excel/Google Spreadsheet
Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Adaptive, or
equivalent)
Proven experience challenging the status quo and championing new
initiatives
Ability to manage and build strong teams
