Payroll Administrator to join our team in Greensboro, North
Carolina. In this role, you will handle payroll operations for a
workforce of approximately 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and
compliance. This is a long-term contract position, offering
stability and opportunities for skill development.
Responsibilities: • Process full-cycle payroll efficiently and
accurately for 500 employees. • Manage multi-state payroll
operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal
regulations. • Enter and verify payroll data with attention to
detail to maintain accuracy. • Address and resolve payroll-related
discrepancies or inquiries promptly. • Maintain payroll records and
documentation in accordance with organizational policies. •
Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely submission of
payroll information. • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and
reporting requirements. • Assist in audits related to payroll
processes and documentation. • Stay updated on changes in payroll
laws and practices to ensure compliance. • Provide support for
payroll system updates or transitions as needed.• Proven experience
in full-cycle payroll processing. • Knowledge of multi-state
payroll regulations and practices. • Ability to handle payroll for
101-500 employees effectively. • Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills. • Proficiency in payroll software and data
entry. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. •
Familiarity with tax laws and payroll compliance standards. •
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
