Job Description Company: Majors Management \n Position Title: Sales Associate \n Reports to: Store Manager \n Job Type: Part or Full Time \n Location: Onsite \n \n The Sales Associate position involves providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers with their purchases, restocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate pricing and product displays. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting. \n \n PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES \n \n Meet company customer service standards. \n \n \n Follow company cash control policies and procedures. \n \n \n Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services. \n \n \n Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards. \n \n \n Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers. \n \n \n Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards. \n \n \n Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics. \n \n \n Other duties as assigned. \n \n \n QUALIFICATIONS \n \n Must have a people first mentality; every team member and guest deserve a great experience \n \n \n Value time and use your time effectively and efficiently \n \n \n Get first-hand customer information and use it for improvements in products and services \n \n \n Customer service experience desired \n \n \n Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time \n \n \n Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level \n \n \n Comprehend and perform basic math skills \n \n \n Understand, comprehend, and perform basic computer and point-of-sale skills⯠\n \n \n EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE \n \n High School diploma or GED is required \n \n \n Prior retail experience is preferred. \n \n \n PHYSICAL DEMANDS \n The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
