detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in
Centreville, Virginia. This long-term contract position is ideal
for someone who excels in multitasking and has a proven ability to
work independently in a fast-paced office environment. The role
requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a strong
aptitude for managing administrative tasks with precision.
Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support across multiple
office locations, ensuring seamless communication and task
coordination. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage
spreadsheets, including basic formulas for data organization. •
Manage email correspondence efficiently using Microsoft Outlook,
maintaining a high level of professionalism. • Perform accurate
data entry tasks to support office operations and maintain records.
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines while
maintaining attention to detail. • Assist with receptionist duties,
including greeting visitors and managing phone calls. • Collaborate
with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and
assignments. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when
handling sensitive information. • Prepare and edit documents as
needed, ensuring accuracy and formatting consistency. • Support
day-to-day administrative activities to contribute to the smooth
functioning of the office.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in
administrative or office support roles. • Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook. • Strong knowledge of
Excel, including the ability to use basic formulas. • Exceptional
attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work
independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Effective
communication skills, both written and verbal. • Prior experience
with data entry and maintaining accurate records. • Capability to
adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle varying
responsibilities.
