This position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, coordinating repairs, and managing a team of maintenance staff to deliver high-quality service to residents. The ideal candidate will implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance the living experience for tenants. Additionally, the Maintenance Supervisor will be tasked with budget management for maintenance operations, ensuring that all expenditures align with company policies. Ultimately, this role is vital in maintaining the property’s value and ensuring resident satisfaction through effective maintenance management. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a maintenance role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position. Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in facilities management or a related field. Experience in property management or real estate development. Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs. Manage maintenance requests from residents, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
