Job Description Job Description Job Title: Facilities Technician Job Description We are seeking a Facilities Technician for a temporary position at the Auburn Mall. This role is required to support while a team member is on recovery leave. The technician will perform a variety of handyman tasks, excluding maintenance on HVAC, boilers, chillers, or large mechanical systems. Responsibilities Perform painting, sheetrocking, and carpentry tasks. Conduct basic maintenance work as required. Utilize basic hand tools for repairs. Perform patch work and drywall repairs. Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facilities. Essential Skills Experience in facilities maintenance and repair. Proficiency in painting, carpentry, and cleaning. Competence in using basic hand tools. Work Environment Work primarily involves hands-on tasks within the Auburn Mall premises. The role requires effective use of basic hand tools and attention to detail in maintaining and enhancing facility conditions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Auburn, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
