The role requires a combination of electrical expertise, with opportunities for on-the-job training and advancement within a fast-paced and positive work environment. Responsibilities Lead an installation crew for generator installations. Perform electrical work related to generator installations. Train and mentor crew members on installation processes. Ensure compliance with safety standards during installations. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines. Requirements Electrical experience, possibly with a license. Familiarity with generator installations is a plus but can be taught. Leadership or training experience or the ability to learn. Ability to travel, work long hours when needed.
