| Mon-Fri | $19.00/hr A locally owned, well-known insurance agency
in Decatur, IL is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer
Service Representative . The person in this role, you will be the
first point of contact for clients, assisting with policy
inquiries, processing changes, and ensuring a positive customer
experience. Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and
professionally Assist clients with policy changes, billing
questions, and coverage details Introduce clients to all available
insurance policy options with clear explanations Promote and sell a
variety of insurance products Process documentation accurately and
maintain client records Support agents with administrative tasks
and follow-up communications Ensure that all medical and other
necessary forms are filled out and filed Arrange a payment method
with the insured Follow up on claims filed by clients Calculate
premiums Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting
client relationships Qualifications for Customer Service
Representative Previous customer service experience (insurance
industry experience a plus) Strong communication and
problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability
to learn agency management systems Ability to work independently
