scheduling service appointments Document customers’ concerns and
comments. Write service orders and descriptions of problems and
repairs Translate customers’ repair problems into standard repair
terminology Explain repairs to customers and review service history
Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs. Provide accurate
estimates of the cost and time needed for repairs. Handle customer
complaints making sure to keep our customers satisfied. Coordinate
parts ordering and follow up appointment with customers. Provide
the highest levels of customer service to retain dealership
clientele. Qualifications Service advisor/writer experience
required Valid driver's license and clean driving record CDK
experience helpful. Professional appearance and attitude required
Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
Must have valid driver’s license Requirements:
