presence. Responsibilities Visual Storytelling: Collaborate closely
with our marketing team to design visually stunning assets for
various digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email
marketing, online advertisements, and physical promotional
materials. Create compelling graphics, infographics, and multimedia
content that effectively convey our brand's message and engage our
target audience. Digital Branding: Ensure consistent and visually
appealing branding across all digital platforms, maintaining our
brand identity's integrity. Develop and update digital design
guidelines to ensure a cohesive online presence. Interactive
Elements: Craft interactive and user-friendly elements, such as web
graphics, landing pages, and multimedia content, to enhance user
engagement and conversion rates. Stay up-to-date with emerging
digital design trends and technologies to keep our online presence
fresh and innovative. Digital Catalogs and Marketing Materials:
Create digital assets for product catalogs, ensuring they are
visually appealing and user-friendly. Design captivating emails,
digital advertising materials, and seasonal product catalogs to
promote brand and products. Create marketing material for trade
shows and other promotional events. Packaging Design: Conceptualize
and create packaging designs that enhance our product presentation,
aligning with our brand identity. Collaborate with packaging
suppliers to ensure accurate production and quality control.
Catalog Layouts: Develop visually appealing and organized layouts
for product catalogs, incorporating product images, descriptions,
and pricing information. Work closely with the marketing team to
ensure catalog content meets marketing goals and objectives. Photo
Editing for Social Media and Digital Use: Enhance, retouch, and
resize product and lifestyle images for social media posts and
digital marketing materials. Ensure that all visuals maintain a
high level of quality and consistency across all digital platforms.
Website Digital Asset Management: Organize and manage digital
design resources on our website, ensuring efficient storage,
accessibility, and version control. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to provide easy access to digital assets for
marketing campaigns and web development. Data-Driven Design:
Collaborate with data analysts to incorporate insights into your
designs, optimizing content for maximum impact and user experience.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital assets, making
data-driven adjustments for improved results. Continuously research
and stay up-to-date with new creative trends in the industry.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional
teams to understand project goals, objectives, and target audience
preferences. Adapt designs based on feedback and insights from
various stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's degree in graphic
design or a related field. 3 years of experience in graphic design,
with a focus on digital design for marketing materials, preferable
in fashion, retail, or consumer product industries. Proven
experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio
showcasing your creative and digital design skills. Experience
creating emails and using email marketing platforms (such as
Klayvio, Mailchimp, etc). Experience with managing digital assets
on website platforms such as Shopify. Strong knowledge of Adobe
Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Understanding of design principles including layout, typography,
and color theory. Familiarity with web design tools and platforms
(e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Wix) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Proficiency with photo editing and adapting visual aesthetic of
images to fit brand, usage, campaign, and audience. Excellent
communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under
pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proactive problem-solving
skills. Passion for design, creativity, and innovation. Bonus

creation of original visual content. Experience in motion graphics
, adding dynamic elements to your digital designs. Video editing ,
enabling you to craft engaging video content for digital marketing.
