Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An opportunity is available for a Special Education
Teacher serving students in grades K-12, including elementary
(K-5), middle (6-8), and high school (9-12) levels. This role
focuses on delivering specialized instruction in self-contained,
resource, and special day classrooms to meet diverse student needs.
Located in Crossville, TN, this contract position starts in January
2026 and continues through June 2026, with a work schedule of five
days per week and 30 to 37.5 hours weekly. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
tailored to student learning requirements. Provide direct
instruction and support in self-contained, resource, and special
day classrooms. Collaborate with general education teachers,
parents, and support staff to promote student success. Monitor and
document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as
needed. Maintain compliance with state and federal special
education regulations. Required Qualifications: Active State
Teacher License for special education. Experience working with
students across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels.
Familiarity with special education teaching methodologies and
classroom management. Strong communication and collaboration
