Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a
licensed Special Education Teacher to provide direct support to
K-12 students with diverse learning needs. This role requires an
experienced educator holding a North Carolina Special Education
license who can effectively manage a varied caseload in an onsite
school setting. Location: Shelby, NC Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction tailored to
individual student IEPs across grades K-12 Collaborate with general
education teachers and support staff to implement accommodations
and modifications Monitor student progress and maintain accurate
documentation aligned with state and district standards Participate
in team meetings and family conferences to foster student success
Qualifications: Valid North Carolina Special Education teaching
license is mandatory Must provide a copy of transcripts confirming
qualifications Experience working with a diverse K-12 student
population in special education settings preferred Strong
understanding of differentiated instruction and individualized
