Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position seeks a Male Behavior Aide to support K-12 students in a contract role based in Birmingham, AL. The role involves working closely with students requiring behavior intervention and applied behavior analysis (ABA) support within a school setting. The contract spans the full school year (CSY) and requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, five days per week.
