Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

Location: Montgomery, AL Responsibilities: Develop and implement
individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each students
unique needs. Collaborate with general education teachers,

Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the varying
learning styles of students. Monitor and assess student
performance, documenting and reporting progress regularly. Maintain
a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development to
stay current with special education standards and best practices.
Travel as required to different school locations or classrooms to
provide comprehensive support. Qualifications: Valid teaching
certification in special education. Experience working with
students with disabilities in a school setting. Strong
understanding of IEP development and implementation. Excellent
communication and collaboration skills. Flexibility and willingness
