is for experienced paraprofessionals seeking a full-time role in a
school setting, located in New Cumberland, PA. The position runs
from ASAP through June 2026, covering the 2025-2026 school year.
Candidates must have previous paraprofessional experience in
schools, as this is a mandatory requirement for consideration. Key
Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience as a
paraprofessional in a school environment is required. Ability to
work full-time hours, approximately 32.5 to 35 hours per week.
Flexibility to manage caseloads across all ages, supporting a
variety of student needs. Experience working with behavioral
challenges is highly valued. Responsibilities: Provide support to
students and teachers throughout the school day. Assist with
classroom management and implementation of individualized
educational plans. Support students with diverse needs to promote a
positive and productive learning environment. Adapt to various
caseloads and age groups, demonstrating flexibility and
responsiveness. Location: New Cumberland, Pennsylvania Contract
Type: Full-time, Contract position lasting through the 2025-2026
