Job Description:

General Job Description: • Work with Engineers, Other Revit operators, and Production personal to complete Project within the Production Schedule • Use Concepts and “Red-Lined” Documents to Modify and Create Schematics • Effectively interpreting blueprint/ technical drawings • Utilize Revit software to enhance drawings skills to create, change, and update projects • This position will require high attention to detail and accuracy, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and staff. Prior hands-on electrical experience would be of value in this position. • Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary to needs of Production • Follow Guidelines to Maintain a Safe & Clean Working Environment Requirements: • College Degree and 2 years of relevant design experience as described above • Familiar with Revit, especially 3D designs and families • Knowledge and experience in industrial/commercial electrical design for AC/DC systems necessary to support protective relay and/or communications equipment. • Knowledge of protective relaying schematics and/or prior control building or communication shelter design experience • The ability to interpret project specifications and deliver a compliant design package, accurate bill of materials, and other technical detail drawings • The ability to perform design quality reviews and work with high attention to detail and accuracy • Capable of interpreting project specifications and delivering a compliant design package, accurate bill of materials, and other technical detail drawings. • Self-starting work ethic and ability to work with minimal direction to achieve project submittal deadlines • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and staff • Preferred Previous Experience: o 4 Years of Engineering Experience o Electrical Journeyman Certification
