Job Description Job Description CNC Machinist - 1st Shift - Pay up to $35/hr Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who is proficient in setting up and changing tooling, with a strong understanding of Fanuc Controls. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience working with CNC machines, including horizontal, vertical, lathe, or EDM, and will be involved in making plastic injection and compression molds. Responsibilities Perform setups and change tooling efficiently. Prepare tooling orders for production. Solve problems that arise during machining processes. Enhance the knowledge of less experienced employees. Collaborate with other supervisors and the Engineering supervisor. Report to the Shop Supervisor. Produce plastic injection and compression molds. Essential Skills Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with CNC machines. Proficiency in Custom Blueprint Reading. Capability to set up machines independently. Experience with CNC Lathe, Machinist, Mill, Lathe, Fanuc, setup, teardown, changeover, and tooling. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Fanuc style controls on most machines. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of KENT, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
