Job Description Job Description Top Job Located in Auburn, AL Salary: $15 - $28 HVAC Installers & Service Technicians - Now Hiring We are actively seeking skilled HVAC Installers and HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. These roles are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and/or commercial settings. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused professionals who take pride in quality work and excellent customer service. What You'll Do Installers: Install new HVAC systems including ductwork, furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ventilation components Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork and piping Connect electrical wiring, thermostats, and controls Test system performance and ensure proper operation Communicate installation steps and system functions to customers Maintain jobsite cleanliness and follow all safety procedures Service Technicians: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and cleaning Replace faulty components such as motors, capacitors, compressors, fans, and wiring Recommend repairs or upgrades based on system condition Provide customers with clear explanations of issues and solutions Document all work performed accurately What We're Looking For Prior HVAC installation or service experience (required) Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us Competitive pay Steady full-time hours Opportunity for long-term placement with reputable clients Supportive team and growth-focused environment 2921AL Express Office: Auburn 2436 East University Drive Suite 2203-04 Auburn, AL 36830
