Job Description Job Description Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Multicraft Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team at a food-grade, non-food manufacturing plant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and troubleshooting a wide variety of machinery and equipment, including heating elements, rollers, cutters, automation systems, cranes, motors, computers, and more. You will need to diagnose problems from start to finish and ensure the smooth operation of critical equipment. Experience with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures is a must. Welding skills are a plus but not required. Ability to diagnose issues and resolve them independently from start to finish. Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, including working in tight spaces, climbing stairs, and lifting equipment. Ability to work in hot environments (up to 125&degree;F), though most troubleshooting will be done in cooler areas. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts on a 223 schedule, rotating between days and nights every 2 weeks. Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
