We are responsible for designing phased array antenna systems including active and passive microwave components, radiators, radomes and a variety of RF subassemblies. This is an onsite role located in Marlborough, MA. What You Will Do Provide technical conscience, challenged with making sure the product and process meet appropriate E3 standards Ensure balance with risk conditions and constraints while advising leadership. Visible and accountable for technical decisions. Technical contact with the customer to review requirements, technical commitments, IRAD, future technical needs, etc. Work across disciplines as our specialty requires interaction with Mechanical and Systems Engineering as well as Electrical Engineering Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience with any combination of the following: Experience with EMI/EMC analysis design and / or test Experience with MATLAB, ANSYS / HFSS or CST Microwave Qualifications We Prefer: Master’s degree in chosen Engineering/Technical field Currently hold a DoD issued security clearance of Secret or higher Strong expertise in the field of EMI design methodologies for military applications Experience in Earned Value EVMS, and working TINA compliant proposal activities Experience and understanding of TEMPEST hardening concepts and Red/ Black separation Ability to provide detailed documentation related to EMI test plans and EMI procedures and as well as test reports with minimal revision and review Knowledge of automated EMI test techniques and programming, specifically using TILE Strong troubleshooting skills. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
