Job Description Maintenance Technician Automation Personnel
Services is looking for a Maintenance Technician for a company
based in Decatur, AL. In this role, you will primarily be
responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all
mechanical hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems within the
rebar fabrication facility and company fleet. Pay Rate $26.00 or
more based on experience Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday 6
00 am to 3 00 pm. Maintenance Technician Duties and
Responsibilities • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on
fabrication equipment (shears, benders, forklifts, etc.) • Diagnose
and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns quickly to minimize
downtime. • Coordinate outsourced repairs and inspections (DOT,
emissions, major engine or transmission work) Maintenance
Technician Qualifications and Requirements • 3 years of experience
in industrial or manufacturing equipment maintenance. • Familiarity
with rebar machinery (e.g., Schnell, KRB, MEP) • Ability to read
technical manual and schematics. • Strong problem solving skills,
organization, and self-direction. Job Type Full-time, temporary
