Lee Company is seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Technician to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal functioning and customer satisfaction for our air conditioning systems. Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and equipment. Identify maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform warranty services. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Provide technical direction and on-the-job training. Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements. Assist with customers' queries. Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to handle physical workload. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent client-facing and communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k EPA Section 608 Technician Certification preferred Certified HVAC Technician credential is a plus
