Job Description Job Description Job Title: Aerospace Quality Inspector - Materials Career Pathway Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Outbound Material Coordinator to ensure the quality and accuracy of raw materials and products through visual inspection and measurement instruments. This role involves performing final inspections, reconciling outgoing shipments, and identifying causes of non-conformance. The ideal candidate will uphold all employee attributes and competencies required for success. Top Skills' Details QI TITANIUM=warehouse, not inspecting, loading and unloading, computer (multiple screens), data entry, tape measure QI MAIN=quality inspection but don't need experience or forklift, will take production/mfg, repetitive Responsibilities Accurately inspect raw materials and products using visual methods and measurement instruments. Segregate non-conforming parts or materials. Complete necessary documentation for tasks performed. Perform data entry of work results into databases. Conduct final inspections to reconcile outgoing shipments. Identify causes of non-conformance as needed. Meet all employee attributes and competencies. Essential Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and write English and perform basic math problems. Basic computer knowledge for data entry. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to accurately inspect materials, commodities, and processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Some college courses or certificates in Quality Assurance-related fields. Prior experience using basic measurement instruments. Experience in quality assurance inspection positions. Pay: $23.25-$24.50 Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a dynamic aerospace raw material supplier facility equipped with CNC water jet machines, band saws, shear machines, and forklifts. The facility employs 100 individuals across four shifts, including a third shift from 4am to 2:30pm, Friday to Monday, and 4am to 4:30pm, Friday to Sunday Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.25 - $24.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
