Job Description:

Support newborns born early or with medical complications,
providing individualized, compassionate care in collaboration with
families and healthcare providers.
Attend all deliveries with gestation of 32 weeks or greater,
supporting pediatric care 24/7.
Lead in coordinating patient care using the nursing
process-----"assessment, planning, implementation, and
evaluation-----"while communicating effectively with the care
team.
Require graduation from an accredited nursing school, current
Michigan licensure, and enrollment in or completion of a BSN
program within specified timelines.
Preferred candidates will hold a BSN and relevant certifications
supporting nursing excellence.
