The RN Medical Team Administrator is responsible for ethical decision-making and coordinating patient care within the Medical Team at Shelby County Jail. This position emphasizes autonomy in nursing practice, enabling nurses to make timely, evidence-based decisions while upholding patient dignity and confidentiality.
