Job Description:
Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to
join a dynamic team with full-time benefits and an 34-hour
workweek.

Compensation ranges from $130,000 to $145,000 annually, with bonus
potential, shift pay, sign-on, or relocation assistance up to
$30,000.
Work at various clinic locations across Oregon, providing
preventive, diagnostic, and wellness care in well-organized
neighborhood clinics.
Qualifications include 1-2 years of urgent or primary care
experience, a Master--------s degree (NP or PA), and eligibility
for Medicare.
