hiring LPNs with one year of recent Medicare-Certified Home Health
Agency experience for home health contracts in Anniston, Alabama,

miracles. Home Health Nurse Contract Details: $1,280 – $1,393 per
week* 13-week contract SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour,
not by the visit LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity Must have 1
year of recent experience with Medicare Certified Agency *Estimated
weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free

Experience Electronic Charting experience Minimum of 1 year recent
home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
Current Alabama Nursing License Valid U.S. Driver’s License
