1 year of recent experience Active Physical Therapist License
Current BLS/BCLS Certification Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from

package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to
