Alabama, 35401! Job Title: CVOR RN Profession: Registered Nurse
Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 -
15:15 Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty;
will consider candidates with 18 months of experience working under
a professional license. License: Active Registered Nurse license in
the State of Alabama or Compact license (no temporary licenses
accepted). Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, or Red Cross
equivalent. Must-Have: Must be willing to float to other units and
hospitals. Experience in circulating is required. Must be available
for holidays and every other weekend. Description: The CVOR RN
plans, coordinates, and directs quality, compassionate care while
maintaining standards of professional nursing practice. The role
involves creating positive therapeutic relationships with patients
and their families. Provides leadership to other team members by
articulating and delegating expected standards of care. Supervises
and encourages team members, supporting their contributions.
Responsible for supervising LPNs, PCAs, US, Ortho Techs, and other
non-licensed staff. This position requires a commitment to
delivering high-quality nursing care and the ability to adapt to
