Mileage reimbursement, or a gas card, or a company car Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Flexible Scheduling 3 weeks of vacation plus 6 holidays Life Insurance coverage Tuition Reimbursement - $2,000 annually Reimbursement for a Hospice Certification $1,000 annual bonus for maintaining a hospice certification Thorough orientation and on-boarding A culture that is geared towards building nurses skill sets and promoting from within Scrubs provided Job Details Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to patients in hospice care in patient homes and facilities Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients and their families Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care to patients Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and assess patient symptoms and provide comfort measures as needed Educate patients and their families on end-of-life care and support Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families Advocate for patients and their families to ensure that their needs are met Participate in on-call rotation as needed Qualifications: Active RN license in the state of practice Interested in hearing more?
