Job Description:
Start as soon as credentialed Ongoing need ABEM/AOBEM/ABFM/ABIM
EMS (required), ATLS (waived if ABEM certified, PALS (preferred,
but not required), ACLS (waived if provider is ABEM boarded) COVID
vaccine or exemption required Need 18-24 shifts per month covered
Need days, nights, weekends, holidays covered 24,000 annual volume
2.7 patients per hour-including shared APP visits Trauma level 3
Physician shift times: 6a-6p / 6p-6a APP shift times: 11a-11p
Admissions: ED Physician is responsible for writing orders using
pre-completed templates by diagnosis Backup specialties in house:
Gen surgery & Cardiology (Mon-Fri but only during the - no nights
or weekends) Backup specialties telemed: Trauma surgery; Neurology;
Psychiatry Cerner EMR Temporary privileges available for clean
files
