Job Description:

Fast Pace Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our dynamic team. The ARNP will be pivotal in delivering high-quality medical care in line with our commitment to servicing underserved communities. Your role will involve working closely with patients, providing primary and sometimes urgent care, under the guidance of a supervising physician. This position requires excellent clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments Develop and manage treatment plans based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines Prescribe medications following the state’s statutes and rules Educate and guide patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle habits Understand and implement integrated patient care management Communicate effectively with physicians and medical staff to facilitate patient care Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards Strong clinical skills with the ability to diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of common illnesses and injuries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions under pressure Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current, unrestricted nurse practitioner license in the state of practice Board certification in Family, Adult, Acute Care or other specialty DEA registration certificate (if prescribing controlled substances)
