Company Match Unit Manager (RN)The Unit Manager (RN) is responsible
for overseeing daily clinical operations of an assigned unit,
supervising nursing staff, and ensuring residents receive
exceptional, person-centered care. This role works closely with the
Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team to maintain
regulatory compliance, support staff development, and promote
positive resident outcomes. We are a leading long-term care
facility dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to
our residents. We specialize in rehabilitation services, helping
individuals recover and thrive in a supportive, patient-centered

have at least two years of nursing experience. Previous long-term
care or skilled nursing experience preferred Excellent
communication skills with staff, residents, and families Oversee
day-to-day clinical care and operations of your assigned unit
Supervise, guide, and support nurses and nursing assistants Ensure
care plans are followed and updated appropriately Monitor resident
conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families
Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team
collaboration Support infection control practices and quality
assurance initiatives Mentor and develop nursing staff to promote a
