Qualifications for the job High school education required. Must have minimum one year experience in healthcare setting, preferably in a clinic setting. Specialized technical training of one to two years preferred. CPR certification required. Must have knowledge of examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures; knowledge of medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care; knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment. Must posses skill in taking vital signs; maintaining records and recording test results. Must be able to establish and maintain working relationships with patients, medical staff and public.
