of: Electrical Systems HVAC Systems Plumbing Systems Mechanical
Systems Medical Equipment Kitchen Equipment Carpentry General
Maintenance Minor painting and repair Daily repair of maintenance
request Life Safety code compliance OSHA Compliance Requirements: 2
years of maintenance experience High School diploma or GED
preferred Technical certifications preferred Physical capability to
lift to 50lbs Customer service orientation and team colaboration
