Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not

support students in a school setting with travel assignments based
in Bessemer, AL. This position offers the chance to make a

Responsibilities include: Providing occupational therapy services
to students in accordance with individualized education plans
(IEPs) Assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic
interventions to enhance students' functional abilities
Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to
support student success Maintaining accurate records and
documentation in compliance with regulations and school policies
Participating in team meetings and contributing to goal-setting
processes for student development Traveling as required to multiple
school locations within the designated area Desired qualifications
and experience: Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state
of Alabama Experience working in pediatric or school-based
occupational therapy settings preferred Strong knowledge of
educational therapies, child development, and related regulations
Excellent communication and collaborative skills to engage
effectively with students, families, and school staff Ability to
manage caseloads independently while maintaining high-quality
therapeutic services Flexibility and willingness to travel between
school sites as needed Location and work environment: Position is
based in Bessemer, Alabama with travel to nearby schools
