Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel
MedSurg RN to join our team in Gadsden, Alabama. This position
offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment alongside a
team of professionals committed to improving patient outcomes. As a
MedSurg RN, you will be responsible for providing care to patients
with a wide range of conditions and will play a critical role in
their recovery. This role requires adaptability, advanced nursing
skills, and a passion for patient care. Provide direct nursing care
to patients in a MedSurg setting. Assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare
team. Administer medications, monitor patient recovery and
progress, and educate patients and their families on post-hospital
care. Maintain patient safety and confidentiality according to
compliance and regulatory standards. Document patient care services
and update records accurately and thoroughly. Strong clinical
skills in a MedSurg or similar environment. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using healthcare software
and electronic health records. Ability to work effectively in a
dynamic and potentially stressful environment. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of Alabama. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Certification preferred.
