patients in a MedSurg setting Monitor patient conditions and assess
their needs to provide the best possible care and advice Administer
medications as prescribed by the attending physician Observe and
record patient behavior Perform diagnostic tests and procedures
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, implement,
and evaluate patient care plans Educate patients and their families
on disease prevention and health maintenance Strong clinical skills
in a MedSurg or hospital setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR)
systems Ability to work effectively in a team Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of Alabama Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
