Job Description:

nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific
nursing principles. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes
in patients' conditions. Administer medications, manage intravenous
lines, observe and monitor patients' conditions, maintain records,
and communicate with doctors. Prepare patients and assist with
patient examinations and therapies. Advocate for patients' and
families' needs, or provide education on healthcare management and
therapy procedures. Implement and evaluate patient care plans
collaboratively with the healthcare team. Strong clinical skills in
a medical-surgical environment Ability to operate medical equipment
Proficient in electronic healthcare records and medical software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adaptable to
diverse environments and shifting priorities Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid RN license in Alabama or a
compact state BLS certification ACLS preferred
