Job Description Join an integrated, outpatient pediatric primary care clinic providing full-spectrum medical, behavioral health, and supportive services to children and families in the Troy, Alabama community. This mission-driven, patient-centered practice delivers care to patients from birth through age 19, regardless of ability to pay, and operates within a collaborative, team-based care model. The clinic is a certified Patient-Centered Medical Home and Healthy Steps Site, emphasizing whole-child care, prevention, and long-term health outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence in a supportive outpatient setting. Mission-Driven Culture: Patient-centered, community-focused care delivered through a collaborative, multidisciplinary team Compensation: $220,000 salary (DOE) with quarterly productivity bonuses averaging $5,000–$10,000; sign-on bonus available Benefits: Student loan repayment ($25,000/year for up to 4 years), CME allowance ($3,500), health and dental insurance, retirement plan, generous vacation and sick leave accrual, relocation reimbursement, employer-paid medical license, dues, subscriptions, and malpractice insurance
