Intermediate Care (IMC) Registered Nurse (RN) for a position in
Birmingham, Alabama. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who excel

The selected candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to
elevating patient care and outcomes in a supportive environment
designed for career growth and development. Provide direct and
individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of
scientific nursing principles. Monitor, record, and communicate
patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized
documentation systems. Implement and develop nursing care plans in
collaboration with other medical professionals. Assist physicians
during examinations and procedures, while exhibiting enhanced
patient care skills. Administer medications, monitor vital signs,
and apply appropriate interventions for patient recovery. Educate
patients and their families on disease processes, medical-surgical
procedures, and other aspects of therapeutic regimens. Advanced
proficiency in managing intensive care patients Excellent ability
to operate sophisticated medical equipment Strong organizational
and multi-tasking skills Exceptional interpersonal and
communication skills Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in
Alabama or a compact state is required. Basic Life Support (BLS)
and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
required upon hire or shortly after.
