Job Description Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Jacksonville, Florida We’re hiring a Home Health PTA in Jacksonville who wants flexibility, autonomy, and steady full-time visits in a supportive clinical environment. You’ll step into a field-based outpatient role focused on follow-up physical therapy visits in patients’ homes. This is strictly follow-up care no Start of Care responsibilities with the ability to build your own schedule within the Medicare week.
