Job Description Service Line Chief of Dental Services _ Oneonta, NYDistance to other Cities: Binghamton NY 55m; Albany 82mDMD/DDS (required); MHA/MBA (preferred)5 years of post-residency experienceA progressive academic health system in Central New York is seeking a Service Line Chief of Dental Services to provide strategic and clinical leadership for its dental programs. This role includes oversight of 3 dental clinics and 21 school-based sites, while also maintaining a clinical practice.Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of general dentists, hygienists, and oral surgeons Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care Oversee operations, budgets, and performance metrics Collaborate on strategic planning and community outreach Conduct case reviews and ensure compliance with care standardsQualifications: DMD/DDS (required); MHA/MBA (preferred) NYS licensure 5 years of post-residency experience Prior leadership experience strongly preferredCompensation & Benefits: Salary: $206K $246K Up to $100K sign-on bonus Medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid malpractice CME support and potential loan forgiveness Group-employed model with EPIC Wisdom integration
