Job Description Post Acute Care Medical Director opening in Greensboro, NC Raleigh, NC 76mFull-time (w-2 eligible)We are seeking a Medical Director to make a meaningful impact in post-acute care. Monday through Friday round-and-go schedule No primary night call - Dedicated night call coverage Supportive clinical leadership and multidisciplinary team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in post-acute patient care* Strong earning potential with professional growth opportunities Responsibilities Perform patient assessments, histories, and physical exams, develop and adjust individualized care plans, monitor patient's progress, and coordinate care for optimal outcomes Educate patients and families on health management Maintain accurate, timely medical records Provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population Build meaningful relationships with patients and families Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team Deliver exceptional care during life's pivotal moments Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility standards* Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nurse practitioners and physician assistants Compensation & Benefits Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $281,147 - $319,170 annually with no cap on productivity income potential Uncapped earnings with bi-weekly bonuses Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage Medical, dental, vision, retirement with SERPA, enhanced benefits Qualifications Current NC physician medical license and DEA Experience in post-acute, acute, emergency, or clinic settings preferred; new grads welcome Strong clinical skills and communication abilities Ability to commute/relocate: Greensboro, NC; relocate before starting to work (required) Greensboro, NC Third-largest city in North Carolina!
