Job Description Advanced heart failure cardiologist position (board certified/board eligible). Manage acute decompensated heart failure, cardiomyopathy, and evaluate candidates for advanced therapies (mechanical support, transplant). General cardiology coverage included. Collaborate with a highly specialized advanced heart failure team; approx. 25% of clinical work at a top tertiary referral facility for high-acuity transplant and LVAD patients. Surgical program performs 500 open-heart cases/year, 100 TAVRs, ECMO, and thoracic procedures; dedicated cardiovascular ICU and medical floors. Modern EMR (EPIC). Must have completed fellowship in accredited Advanced Heart Failure program. Accepting new grads; must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
