Job Description Seeking a Board-Certified Geriatric Medicine
Physician Outpatient responsibilities only Full-time permanent
position Monday " Friday No nights, no weekends Small patient
panels for consistency and focus 12-15 patients per day Value-based
care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward
outcomes Make an impact on seeing the underserved population
Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare,
with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the
fullest Location: Birmingham, AL Salary and Benefits Above-market
compensation Base salary (without R.V.U. targets) Quarterly bonus
based on qualitymetrics(not quantity) Partnership track 6 weeks of
PTO, inclusive of PTO, major holidays, andCME $5000 Continuing
