registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years Stepdown RN
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Provide specialized nursing
care in a step-down unit dedicated to supporting patients
transitioning from intensive care. This role focuses on delivering
high-quality treatment and monitoring for patients requiring
complex medical management in a long-term acute care setting. Key
Responsibilities: Monitor and assess patient condition, responding
promptly to changes. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to
develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients
and families about care plans and health maintenance. Ensure
adherence to infection control and safety protocols. Document and
update patient records accurately. Desired Experience and
Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Proven
experience in step-down or progressive care nursing. Strong
critical thinking skills and clinical judgment. Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Location
