Job Description Vice President of Clinical Operations (Subacute Rehab) Florida-based candidates only (regional role supporting North Florida – Pensacola & Gainesville) Lead Clinical Excellence. This is a hands-on executive role for a clinical leader who thrives in the field, knows how to stabilize and grow buildings, and can drive both clinical and operational performance . The Role As VP of Clinical Operations, you will partner directly with ownership and facility leadership to oversee and elevate clinical performance across multiple subacute and long-term care centers. You will: Directly mentor and develop Directors of Nursing, holding them accountable for leadership, performance, and outcomes Own and drive state survey readiness across all facilities, ensuring consistent compliance and successful survey outcomes Identify and resolve clinical and operational gaps , including agency utilization and cost inefficiencies tied to clinical operations Implement and standardize processes that improve outcomes, efficiency, and consistency across buildings Serve as a visible, hands-on leader across facilities, providing real-time support and intervention when needed Partner with ownership on clinical strategy, growth, and operational alignment Instill a culture of accountability, ownership, and measurable performance across all clinical leadership What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Regional Director of Nursing or Multi-Facility Director of Nursing Deep knowledge of Florida state regulations, survey process, and compliance Strong operational mindset with the ability to connect clinical decisions to financial outcomes A hands-on, accountable leader who takes ownership and drives results Willingness to travel consistently between Pensacola and Gainesvill Why Join Us | Our Philosophy We believe exceptional care starts with strong leadership and meaningful relationships.
